SHIPPING & RETURN

Order & Shipping Process:
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you
will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites. For domestic shipments, please allow 2-3 working days from the date of
dispatch, for your goods to arrive and 5-10 working days for international shipments (though shipping can take longer in certain regions). All transit times are Monday to Saturday.
NOTE: Orders might take longer than expected due to logistical delays under the present Covid scenario.
Delivery of product:
Delivery of products shall be made as per our shipping and returns policy mentioned earlier. However, if an address if non deliverable or non-traceable by our Shipping partners, we may
request you to provide us with an alternate address which should be included in our shipping partners delivery list. However, if any dispute arises for the same we are not liable for nondelivery of the product.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk

Returns and Exchanges:
Please note we do not accept any returns, however we do offer an exchange policy provided any following conditions are met –
Damage in transit (to be checked at the time of delivery)
Defective/tampered packaging (please check at the time of delivery)
Defective/damaged product received (We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of parcel)
The return courier will be borne by the customer, and must be sent in the same packaging as received.
NOTE: Since all products are handmade using various kinds of natural materials like wood, semi-precious stones and leather, there may be slight variations in the nature/ texture or colour
which should not be considered as defect as it is a natural characteristic.
Since different computer screens may have different colour resolutions, we cannot guarantee the exact colour as shown on the website.
Refunds will be processed within 12-15 business days from the date of your request. You will receive confirmation and updates throughout the process.
Duties & Taxes:
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties. Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the
customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is free worldwide. However, orders under COD within India will be charged a flat rate of INR 200 -350. We use express international shipping to ensure that your items arrive
quickly and securely. International orders are shipped via FEDEX except for few countries. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
Domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX, SHIPPIGO, MERCHANT COURIER, GATI & PROFESSIONAL COURIER to name a few.
Warranties and Claims:
All products are supplied to you “as is” without any warranties or claims whether expressed or implied (including without limitation implied, warranties or conditions of information and
context). No claim that is contrary to the standard warranties or conditions for use of products in relation to each product shall be entertained
