The customer (or “ You “ as we may refer later ) are required to read all terms and conditions laid down in this website before its use. Any purchase made via this website signifies your
agreement to our Terms of Use, Terms of Vendor or any additional terms which may be specified with selection of product. If you do not agree with our Terms of Use, please do not make
use of this website in any manner.
You may not transmit, transfer, reproduce, sell or create any derivative copy work from the content on our website, or distribute , repost or perform or display or in any way commercially
exploit the information provided on our website.
Our website is controlled, owned and managed by Duetluxury , and we are the sole owners of the content displayed on the website. We may reserve the right to terminate, suspend any
service if we believe a computer bug or virus or any other technical difficulty is corrupting our system or hampering appropriate administration of the services.
We solely reserve the right to refuse service to any person if we believe it may or is conflicting/breaching our terms and conditions.

This website facilitates retail selling of products manufactured by Duetluxury. We have the right to discontinue any product or service at any given time or modify, add, delete any
procedures, conditions of purchase, at any time. We are not liable to any third person or “you “for any deletion, alteration or termination of services or products.
All information that is transmitted, showcased and conducted on the website are covered by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Product
Our website allows sale of multiple diverse products. You are agreeable to the shipping and returns policy as mentioned in our “Shipping and Returns” section, and this may be changed
from time to time as per requirement.
If a damaged/defective product is received you may contact our customer care as per the Returns policy. If a product is out of stock, we will assist you in obtaining a fair refund and
payment will be remitted back to you via your same mode of payment.

Pricing
The MRP of the product is disclosed to you at the time of making purchase. Duetluxury cannot guarantee that the price will be lowest or the same within any geographical region. The
product price and its availability may be subject to change without any prior information or resulting liability to the customer.
Though Duetluxury strives to provide you with accurate information regarding product price, features, or services, we may incur typographical or any other error may occur. If such is a
case, we shall contact you for advice or cancel your order and notify you of the same. Duetluxury may modify the price of the product and contact the customer via details provided by
them to notify and take further action. If we cancel any order after processing payment, we shall refund the entire amount to your account via same mode of payment.

GST
GST in India is 3% on Jewellery and 12% on handcrafted Bags. All our Prices are Inclusive of GST.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any
modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PS: Prices on the website and all retail stores are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the
time of production. Brass & semi precious gemstones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date
with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials, and does not mean that we have increased our mark-up.

SALE AND PROMOTION:
1. The sale runs till stock lasts. Duration of sale is in the sole discretion of Duetluxury and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information at any point
of time.
2. The products can be removed/changed/added under the Sale category and the discounted prices can also be changed. It will be in sole discretion of Duetluxury.

OFFERS, PROMOTIONS OR CONTESTS:
Duetluxury may introduce offers and contests or promotions from time to time. The Terms and conditions will be separately mentioned and directed for such offers, and we reserve the
right to change/alter/delete or increase any terms and conditions for these as per our own discretion and without any prior intimation. While participating at any such contests you hereby
agree to release and hold Duetluxury harmless for any demands or claims.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCT:
Delivery of products shall be made as per our shipping and returns policy laid down earlier. However , if an address if non deliverable or non-traceable by our Shipping partners, we may
request you to provide us with an alternate address which should be included in our shipping partners delivery list. However, if any dispute arises for the same we are not liable for nondelivery of the product.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note we do not accept any returns, however we do offer an exchange policy provided any following conditions are met
Damage in transit (to be checked at the time of delivery)
Defective/tampered packaging (please check at the time of delivery)
Defective/damaged product received (We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of parcel)
The return courier will be borne by the customer, and must be sent in the same packaging as received.
Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
NOTE: Since all products are handmade using various kinds of natural materials like wood, semi-precious stones and leather, there may be slight variations in the nature/texture or colour
which should not be considered as defect as it is a natural characteristic.
Since different computer screens may have different colour resolutions, we cannot guarantee the exact colour as shown on the website

CANCELLATION BY DUETLUXURY:
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that
may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our
credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of
your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be
reverted back in your card account.
We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual
portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfil, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies, etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and
received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/charged. If however the same
is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. BCPL reserves the right to capture/
